Carolyn Lamiell, CDC Program Director

I have been at Southern Hills for 17 years. The first 11 years as a classroom teacher, 4 years as assistant director and am currently the director. It has been a wonderful place to work. I’ve enjoyed teaching the children and watching them grow. Our staff is terrific to work with and dedicated to the children. My husband Tim and I have 3 children. Our son Joe lives in Denver. Our daughter Katie attends UCO. Maggie attends Vanderbilt University. All 3 are graduates of Southern Hills! In my free time I enjoy gardening, reading, and work!

Connie Blevins, CDC Asst. Director

I'm a native Oklahoman born and raised in OKC. My husband Mark and I have 3 grown children, Brooke (married to Phillip) Michael (married to Julie) and Ashley who is a Sophomore at John Brown University.  Brooke and phillip have 2 children, Blevin and Kiefer, and another due in February 2009.  We love being Grandparents!  We stay busy with our 2 dogs-Cole and Gilmore!  I enjoy walking, sewing, and gardening.  i've been at SHCDC since Ashley was a baby which makes it around 18 years.  I love working here!
