Carolyn Lamiell, CDC Program Director

I have been at Southern Hills for 20 years. The first 11 years as a classroom teacher, 4 years as assistant director and am currently the director. It has been a wonderful place to work. I’ve enjoyed teaching the children and watching them grow. Our staff is terrific to work with and dedicated to the children. My husband Tim and I have 3 children. All 3 are graduates of Southern Hills! In my free time I enjoy gardening, reading, and work!

Arlene Larsen, CDC Asst. Director

I have been at Southern Hills for over 12 years. My husband, Jace, and I became empty nesters this year.  Our son is serving a 2 year mission in Brazil and our daughter started college.  Besides being at Southern Hills, I love to garden, scrapbook, and cook.
