Music has been a part of my life since I was a very young child. I was lucky to be born into a musically rich Christian family. Over the past 30 years, I have enjoyed a diversified journey of music, but the most fulfilling musical experiences of my life have been in worship. Recognizing God has gifted me greatly as a musician, administrator, and leader, my desire is to lead others to God, whether I am using my voice or helping someone find their own voice. Music is a powerful language that transcends every barrier. My prayer is that “God, who gives patience and encouragement, will help us live in complete harmony with each other, as is fitting for followers of Christ Jesus. Then we all can join together with one voice, giving praise and glory to God”. (Romans 15: 5-6) Leading worship at Southern Hills is a joy. The volunteers that serve in the Contemporary service are extremely talented and I am honored to work with them every week.
